Packing for a family trip can be a big task, especially if you have young kids. Making sure you've brought everything you need can be a lot easier if you have a checklist to follow.
Copy the list and put it into the notes section on your phone. We like to keep a separate list for camping, air travel, swimming/beach, and winter travel.
Basic List for Traveling with Kids
- Sandals (1 pair for water play)
- Hat (1 per child)
- Shoes (1 per child)
- Socks (max of three pairs per child)
- Warm Jacket / Rain Jacket (Depending on where/what we are going.)
- Shorts (max of three pairs per child.)
- Shirts (max of three shirts per child.)
- Underwear (max of three pairs per child.)
- Swimsuits (1 per child, two if you will be swimming ALL DAY.
- Special toy (1 per child)
