Spanning most of the 20th century and reaching into the 21st, Saltair stands on a historical past that includes 22 U.S. presidents and the beginnings of such groundbreaking innovations as electricity, automobiles, space travel, and the computer. With great faces in history like Gandhi, Scott Joplin, and H. G. Wells, dotting the timeline, it is no wonder that Saltair has a vivid history, filled with all of the ups and downs of the ages.

Being a veteran of 3 devastating fires, the face of The Great Saltair has changed over the decades. But, like a phoenix, Saltair has risen from the ashes and still stands strong today on its picturesque spot overlooking Utah’s breathtaking Great Salt Lake.
